Become a Member or Regular Giver

As a Company Limited by Guarantee Step by Step is not owned by any shareholders but by its members. Members are entitled to vote on resolutions at Annual General Meetings, and to elect officers and directors; they are also eligible to become directors of the charity themselves.

Friends of Step by Step can enjoy being an important part of the charity but without the voting rights or legal responsibilities which this entails.

If you would like to help us in this way, you will need to contribute at least £5 per year. In return you will receive regular updates and an invitation to the AGM.
