Organise a team of volunteers...
We are always delighted to have offers of teams of volunteers to undertake a specific job at Step by Step. We've had groups make over a garden area, redecorate part of our Accommodation Projects and treat our young people to a special meal.

Companies and other organisations find it helpful too - such activities are great for team-building and morale-boosting, especially when the participants can see that they've made a real difference.

Quite often our your people will join the group and help out. This is great experience for them, enabling them to develop their interpersonal and communication skills and in many instances will learn new skills.

What about a sponsored walk?

Many people find that they enjoy organising an event which reflects their own interests; for example, a corporate golf classic, a physical challenge, a charity luncheon or coffee morning.

These fundraising events can generate much-needed income for Step by Step. You can choose to organise an event to fund a specific project, or to contribute towards our general running expenses.

This kind of fundraising support is vital for Step by Step; not only do these events raise money on our behalf but they also help increase awareness of our work amongst the local community.
