Step by Step is a successful charity based in Aldershot with a 15-year track record of progressing local young people aged 16 to 25 from homelessness - and the associated problems - into independent living by offering a range of accommodation and support services.

Fundraising & Partnerships Office

20 hours per week (flexible) over three days.

£11,332 to £13,353 dependent on skills and experience (£22,664 to £26,706 FTE). Benefits include 12.5 (25 FTE) days annual holiday increasing to 15 (30 FTE) days over 5 years and an optional contributory stakeholder pension scheme.

We are seeking a Fundraiser to raise money from major grant-awarding organisations and to extend and strengthen our partnerships with local public sector bodies. As part of our team, you will play a key role in achieving the charity’s objectives by effectively implementing our fundraising strategy. Your aim will be to significantly develop this area of our work and to maximise our income.

A background in fundraising would be a considerable advantage. You will be a self-starter with determination and enthusiasm, strong communication skills. You will be able to think creatively and in detail and will have a proven ability to meet targets.

Relief Project Worker

Flexible, variable hours; daytime and evenings hour available

£18, 907 to £22,122 pa FTE (40h), plus sleepover allowance of £39.10 or £46.92. 25 days annual holiday (rising to 30 days after five years) and a contributory stakeholder pension are included in the remuneration package.

We have an on-going requirement for relief staff to cover annual leave and sickness across all our projects. Applicants should have experience of working in supported housing or similar support environment, and have some knowledge of the issues facing young adults.
