Ever thought about doing a parachute jump?

Well, here's your chance to do it for FREE!

Imagine the thrill of standing by the open door of a plane flying two miles high, then free-falling through the air at 120mph before your 'chute opens and you glide majestically - and safely - back to the ground. A unique and amazing experience - and it's one you could be boasting about very soon...

Step by Step are looking for hundreds of adventurous volunteers to make a fundraising parachute jump. If you obtain enough sponsorship (upwards of £360, depending on the type of jump - and who wouldn't want to pay up to see you jump out of an aeroplane?), you get to jump for free. No previous experience is necessary as all training is given.

This is not a group event, so it isn't tied to a particular date - you can choose when to do your jump to suit your own convenience. You can make it a group event, though, by persuading your friends or colleagues to join you for the day.

You even get to select what sort of jump you do. Choose from the Tandem Skydive (from 10,000 ft, attached to a professional instructor, which only requires the minimum of training), the Static Line Jump (from 3,000 ft, solo), or the more advanced Accelerated FreeFall (from up to 12,000 ft, solo).

You can also decide which airfield to use from over twenty British Parachute Association approved airfields across the UK, so anyone who wants to support us, wherever they live, can do so. (So challenge your sister, brother-in-law, mates to do it too...)

This opportunity is provided by Skyline Events, which specialises in organising fundraising events for charities.

Insurance: You will automatically be covered for up to £2 million third party insurance but this WILL NOT cover you for personal injury. Step by Step can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you might incur as a result of this activity. It is your responsibility to take out personal accident/injury insurance. You can either arrange this through your own broker or you can contact Skyline who will send you a Personal Insurance Form.

Please note that there are some restrictions on age/weight/height which are detailed in the information pack. In particular, you must be under 15 st. (95 kg.) to do the jump.
