Working with Business

The growing number of businesses supporting Step by Step are quickly becoming part of an extended family. In fact, business partnerships represent 20% of our voluntary income each year.

As an organisation deeply involved in issues affecting the community, the support we receive from businesses across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, and Dorset is greatly valued and makes a difference to the areas we live and work in.

Our approach enables us to empower young people to uncover and fulfil their aspirations. Working with business is a great way for us to further this ambition and provides an opportunity for your company and staff to get involved in our work.

  • Your company offering a work experience placement, or site visit, is a fantastic way to help a young person gain the skills and confidence they need to prepare for working life.
  • A partnership with your company can have tangible positive outcomes that benefit the community and could be of value to your business in years to come.

Whether it's providing work experience opportunities, donating time through skills sharing programmes, fundraising through a team activity, or funding a project, your contribution helps us to support local young people towards bright futures.

We would be delighted to hear from you so please contact: or 01252 346107

if your company would like to consider partnering with Step by Step.

Goods and Services

If you are able to offer discounted products or services that may help to reduce our overheads or help us to be more efficient, that is just as important and valuable to us.

Take some inspiration from the fabulous Ingrid Weel, a photographer who we met at a networking event in Guildford in 2010.  Her support of Step by Step continues to be invaluable and she doesn't do everything from behind a camera - she has jumped out of a plane for us as well!
