The Education and Employment programme (E&E) offers young people aged 16-25 the opportunity to learn and develop vital employability skills that are essential for the workplace.
The Step by Step E&E Programme builds your confidence and ability to thrive in the workplace. We offer support in:
- Career guidance
- CV and cover letter writing
- Interview techniques
- Completing job applications
Through free to access to our First Steps, Next Steps, Launch Programme, and 1:1 support we cater for a wide range of learning styles and abilities and will accommodate your needs and aim to provide additional support if needed.
Sessions are accredited through the AQA unit award scheme, so you will achieve a nationally recognised award that you can add to your CV.
