Position: Business Service Manager
Location: Aldershot (attendance at other sites will be required - Basingstoke, Havant, Totton)
Hybrid working is available as part of the organisational ethos, but there will be a minimum of 2 days on-site, this will be discussed in the interview.
Reporting to: CEO (non-Leadership Team Post)
Role Type: Part Time – 22.5 hours spread across 3, 4 or 5 days a week.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to join our team and oversee key operational functions. This is a new role and due to growth. The successful candidate will manage a small knowledgeable team and be the organisational expert on Health and Safety, so a solid background in Health and Safety is a must. You will be highly organised and a great line manager. You will work closely with our current external partners in Health and Safety and IT and ensure the overall smooth running of our business support operations.
