WHAT WOULD A FOYER MANAGER BE DOING?

As a Foyer Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of services for young people, ensuring high standards of practice and process. You will lead a team of Support Workers, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure their development and success. Your role will involve managing housing maintenance, rental income, and budgets, as well as implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth service delivery. You will collaborate with other services and take part in an on-call rota for out-of-hours support. With a focus on creating positive outcomes for young people, you’ll play a key role in empowering them through personal development, life-skills training, and fostering a supportive environment.
