WHAT WOULD AN HR ADMINISTRATOR BE DOING?

The role involves administering the recently Ofsted-regulated services at SBS, with a preference for a candidate who has experience working in an Ofsted, CQC, or NHS setting. The main focus is on training administration, encompassing responsibilities such as recording and tracking records, ensuring appropriate employee attendance in training courses, creating and implementing training programs, maintaining records, booking training and to be the main point of contact for training queries. Additionally, the role extends to resolving onsite issues, submitting reports on training activities, recommending improvements, supporting HR functions, assisting in recruitment administration, and contributing to special projects. General administrative tasks and adaptability to various requests are also part of the responsibilities.

  • The ideal candidate should possess experience in an Ofsted, CQC, or NHS service, with a strong focus on training administration, exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support HR functions and various projects.
