We are currently looking to recruit self-employed counsellors to join our counselling team, supporting the delivery of our service in North Hampshire and South West Surrey.

Step by Step are a young persons charity. We support young people who are going through hard times, including homelessness. We provide accommodation, personal development opportunities, and specialist support services to empower young people and prevent homelessness.

As a counsellor, you’ll hold a weekly caseload, providing short term therapy. You must hold a relevant professional qualification in counselling or psychotherapy at diploma level or above.

You will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS and we also wish to obtain references.

  • To work flexibly in agreement with the counselling team including working from various location and evening times
