With recent events regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus, we would like to update you on our response to what is an uncertain and emerging situation.
We take the health and safety of the young people we support and our members of staff very seriously. Therefore, we have taken a number of steps to reduce the impact of COVID-19. We have cancelled all external meetings and closed our sites to visitors. We are managing internal affairs accordingly.
Being a youth homelessness charity, there will of course be young people continuing to live with us, and support staff will continue to work with them. We have implemented robust cleaning and hygiene procedures to mitigate the risk to those who continue to live and work in close proximately to each other. We are monitoring the situation and are ready to act further should the need arise.
We will update our website and social media channels with any further news on this situation. Thank you to all of our supporters, partners, young people, volunteers and staff for their patience at this time.
