Thank You, Keith Gathergood
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Keith Gathergood, as he steps down from his position of Chair of the Board of Trustees.
Keith has dedicated many years to Step by Step and the young people we support. Since joining in 2010, he has been instrumental in guiding the charity with his extensive business experience and unwavering commitment to our mission. His leadership has helped shape Step by Step into the strong and resilient organisation it is today, ensuring we remain focused on empowering young people.

Andrew Mitchell, Trustee at Step by Step since 2020, will become the new Chair of the Board of Trustees. He brings with him a wealth of legal expertise from his career in both private practice and the financial services sector. His knowledge of local authority contracts has already proven invaluable in supporting the charity’s work.
We look forward to enjoying Andrew’s insight and guidance as Step by Step continues to grow.
