Through our Launch service, we work alongside young people to support them in creating CVs and practicing interview techniques. We help young people to apply for local employment, education, training, and apprenticeship opportunities. We also offer ongoing advice and guidance with the aim of sustaining education or employment.

Young people living in Step by Step accommodation, who are not currently at college, or working, are provided with a training timetable.
