Through our Launch service, we work alongside young people to support them in creating CVs and practicing interview techniques. We help young people to apply for local employment, education, training, and apprenticeship opportunities. We also offer ongoing advice and guidance with the aim of sustaining education or employment.

Young people living in Step by Step accommodation, who are not currently at college, or working, are provided with a training timetable.
Young people aged 16-18, living in Rushmoor, Hart, Basingstoke & Deane, Andover and Alton, and not at school or college, in training, or working can also access this service.
- Launch runs through 1:1 and group sessions at all Foyer locations.
- Young people aged 16-25 years old who are able to travel to the Aldershot Foyer can take part in group and 1:1 activities.
- We have a dedicated person who also offers Launch 1:1 sessions to 16-18 year old living in Rushmoor, Hart, Basingstoke & Deane, Andover and Alton.
