At Step by Step we accommodate up to 279 people at any given time. You may be housed as a lodger with a host family, couple, or single person. We call this Supported Lodgings. You may have a room or flat in shared accommodation with other young people. We call our shared accommodation Foyers.
Either way, you can expect that you will have a stable place to stay as well as good access to support that can help you with your confidence and independence, and support with things like routes into training or work.

We want to reassure you that many young people are able to make the most of their time with us and leave in a better position than they were in when they were first referred to us.
