Who is this for?
Lots of people find that there are times when they are finding life hard, feeling stressed, anxious, or down. Sometimes people tell us that they are feeling things getting on top of them or that they have low confidence or self-esteem.
If you’re aged between 11 and 25, we have projects designed to help you with improving your mental health and well-being.

Overall, I have learned that other people feel the same types of things and that it is OK to talk about things.
I’ve also learnt that people identify themselves according to what makes them happy.
Thank you for the great support, it has really helped me and I’m going to miss doing this every week. I honestly enjoyed every second.
Our Work So Far
Counselling sessions were delivered to young people last year.
young people returned home through Family Mediation.
young people worked with Future STEPS Talent Coaches last year.
It was nice to be able to talk to someone I didn’t really know, and talk about my worries without being judged.
The counsellor listened to me and provided achievable and realistic methods of coping for me.
Throughout the time I have seen the Talent Coach he’s made a lot of my ideas a reality, bringing up solutions / possibilities that I have used to get where I am today.
