Lots of people find that there are times when they are finding life hard, feeling stressed, anxious, or down. Sometimes people tell us that they are feeling things getting on top of them or that they have low confidence or self-esteem.
If you’re aged between 11 and 25, we have projects designed to help you with improving your mental health and well-being.

I've learned that talking to people can help me to manage my emotions and not make them overwhelm me.
