The Emotional Wellbeing service offers free support to young people, focusing on what matters to you and what goals you want to achieve. We can help you to make and develop connections, access specialist services, support positive coping strategies and supporting you to thrive. We aim to help you develop your confidence and support you to manage your challenges.
We offer free support for anyone aged 11-25 living in Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex, Dorset, Swindon and Wiltshire. We offer in-person or remote appointments depending on your location. We are here to listen, offer guidance and provide practical support on a number of issues.
A Wellbeing Support Worker can support a wide range of young people who may be isolated and are having difficulties accessing or engaging with a service. A Wellbeing Support Worker will also support those at risk of homelessness due to emotional wellbeing difficulties.
Most young people will access about 8 weeks of support.
A Wellbeing Support Worker may meet you in the local community, at one of our offices or support you remotely.
If you need urgent help or are in crisis, we would recommend that you contact the following:
