If you’re feeling low, anxious, or overwhelmed, or if you’re worried about a young person you care about, you are not alone. Life can feel difficult, especially during adolescence and early adulthood. Emotions, relationships, school, identity, or simply keeping up with everyday pressures can become too much. Step by Step offers free, confidential support for young people aged 11 to 25.
We offer different types of support depending on what you need. Whether you need someone to talk to, want help with anxiety, or are worried about drugs or alcohol, we are here to help. No problem is too small. You deserve to feel heard, safe, and supported.
