One-to-one support from friendly professionals
You’ll be matched with a dedicated worker who will support you on your journey. Sessions are tailored to you and can include motivational coaching, education about substances, and practical advice. Sessions can be delivered face-to-face or virtually.
Goal-setting, harm reduction, and recovery
Whether you're using occasionally or more regularly, we focus on reducing harm and building a safer future. We support you to set goals and make lasting changes at your own pace.
Holistic approach – mental health, relationships, and confidence
Substance misuse is often part of a bigger picture. "We look at the whole picture — helping you build confidence, strengthen relationships, manage mental health, and develop skills for independence."
Ages 16 to 25 in Hampshire, Surrey, and nearby
Our service is for young people aged 16 to 25 who are living in Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset, Wiltshire, West Berkshire, and West Sussex. If you are outside these areas, we can help you find the right local support.
