Launch is our free advice and guidance service for young people aged 11–25. Whether you need help with housing, education, work, or your wellbeing, we’re here to support you to move forward with confidence.
Our Launch team offers one-to-one support across five key areas:
We can help you find somewhere safe to live, understand your housing rights, and apply for benefits such as Universal Credit. If you’re unsure where to start or worried about your options, our advisers will guide you through every step.
Whether you’re looking to get back into education, find training opportunities, or prepare for your first job, we can support you with applications, CV writing, and interview skills. Our goal is to help you build the confidence and experience you need to reach your goals.
Everyone needs someone to talk to. We can help you manage stress, anxiety, or low mood, and connect you with counselling or other mental health support. You’ll never have to face things alone. Find out more about what we can offer for emotional wellbeing here.
If substance use is affecting your life or your relationships, we can help you access the right support and work with you to build healthier coping strategies. You’ll be treated with respect and without judgement.
We offer advice and guidance on sexual health and relationships. Whether you have questions about contraception, consent, or getting tested, our team can connect you with confidential support and local clinics that provide free sexual health services.
From budgeting and cooking to understanding bills and responsibilities, we’ll help you develop the everyday skills that make independent living easier and more achievable.
You can access counselling through our Launch team, as well as other types of emotional wellbeing and recovery support.
