We welcome people from all walks of life. While some roles require relevant qualifications or experience in youth work or support services, others are open to those with transferable skills and a passion for making a difference.
Most of our roles are based across Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Wiltshire, Dorset and Berkshire. Specific location details are included in each job listing.
Step by Step use a Safer Recruitment process. This means that for roles working with young people or their data, you will need to complete an application form, a DBS check, and supply two satisfactory references.
We provide a comprehensive induction, regular training, and ongoing supervision to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role. Staff wellbeing is a top priority.
