Progressing into Work

On this page you can find out more about the projects we have that can support you into work, apprenticeships, training programmes, and volunteering opportunities. Whether you are staying in Step by Step accommodation or are living somewhere else, we may be able to support you to apply and start in your preferred progression route..

Our focus is on your skills, talents, and ambitions so we will work with you to figure these out. We will support you to apply for local education, employment, training, and apprenticeship opportunities. If you need it, we can be on hand to support you with CV writing and interview techniques. We can help with advice and guidance so that you can continue in education or keep your job. There are even times where we can offer some financial support for materials or travel to help you progress.

If you’re aged 16-25 and not currently in employment, education, or training, you can find out more about support from us with your next step. Some of our projects are for people staying in Step by Step accommodation, while others are for people living elsewhere.
