We’ll help you work out what you need — and what’s possible.
Our Launch team is here to help you make sense of what’s going on and explore your next steps, whether that’s in person at one of our hubs or online. Most young people refer themselves to us, but family members, teachers and professionals can too.
You can access in-person advice and guidance at our Launch hubs in Aldershot and Basingstoke. We can also provide in-person support across Surrey and Hampshire. If you live elsewhere, support is available virtually, and we’re working hard to expand our face-to-face offer across more areas.
We currently support young people in Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Dorset, West Berkshire and Wiltshire.

You might also want to use StepChat to get in touch. When you message us there, you’ll be connected straight away to a real member of our Launch Team who can talk to you about what’s going on. You might be invited in to meet or arrange a time to chat more when it suits you.

Yes. If you're a parent, carer or friend and you’re concerned about someone, you can absolutely make a referral via our Launch team. You don’t have to have all the answers, just let us know what's going on and we’ll take it from there.
If you're a professional (like a teacher, youth worker, GP or social worker), you can also refer. We'll always involve the young person and make sure they have choice and control over the support offered.
Please note: you will need to have the permission of the young person to make a referral via our Launch service.
That’s okay. Lots of young people feel unsure or overwhelmed when they first reach out — it’s a brave first step. Our team is here to listen without judgement and help you figure things out at your pace.
