Everyone struggles sometimes. You might be feeling lost, dealing with stress at home or school, or carrying difficult emotions. You don’t need a diagnosis or a label to get support – just the feeling that you could use a bit of help.
We support young people aged 16 to 25 across Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset, Wiltshire, West Berkshire and West Sussex. Our team works with individuals from all backgrounds, including care leavers, unaccompanied asylum seekers, and those living in supported accommodation. However you're feeling, we will listen without judgment and help you find the right support.

Our emotional wellbeing service is a flexible, early support option that helps you manage life’s ups and downs. It is not clinical or diagnosis-based, and you don’t need to commit to ongoing therapy.
Yes, our wellbeing services are free for young people aged 11–25 who need support in Hampshire, Surrey, Dorset, Wiltshire, West Berkshire or West Sussex.
