Impact Report 2023-24 Now Available

We are delighted to present the Step by Step Impact Report 2023/24. We supported more young people than ever before, preventing youth homelessness while empowering young people to move on to independent living.

Highlights of this year's report include:

  • 1,586 young people accessed a Step by Step service
  • 2,727 counselling sessions were delivered
  • 831 young people were supported by our Launch advice and guidance service

It is only through teamwork that we could achieve so much, and our supporters, hosts, foster carers and volunteers are an integral part of that team. Thank you to everyone who played a part in changing so many young lives.
