We are delighted to announce the appointment of Kelly Headen as Head of Services at Step by Step. This new position will see Kelly spearheading all of our frontline services for young people, across accommodation, counselling, and advice and wellbeing.
Kelly has an extensive, 25-year career within the housing, support and mental health sector, and was previously Head of Fostering and Supported Lodgings at Step by Step. Her new role will allow more collaborative working across the different services, sharing experience and learning with each other.
Kelly commented: “It is a pleasure to be working more closely with all the Step by Step service delivery teams in my new role. My focus is to listen and learn from their expertise and better understand how we can build and develop areas to enhance our future impact as a charity.”
