During Foster Care Fortnight, we received lots of great questions from people interested in fostering with Step by Step. From understanding who can foster to finding out what support is available, it's clear there is a real desire to learn more about making a difference in a young person's life.
To help answer some of the most frequently asked questions, we've put together this video featuring Sarah, Registered Manager at Step by Step Fostering. Drawing on her experience and expertise, Sarah shares practical insights into fostering, what the journey involves, and how we support our foster carers every step of the way.
Watch the video below to hear Sarah's answers to the questions we've been asked most often.
Seven young people from Step by Step recently swapped dry land for open water, spending five days crewing a yacht along the south coast with Ocean Youth Trust South.
